“The 364XL ink cartridges seem to work perfectly in my HP Photosmart 7510, giving clear, well-defined print the same as genuine HP cartridges, so thank you very much. I'll see how long they last, though! The prices are amazing too! Delivery was as stated, and the packet was left exactly where I'd asked – my instructions were even hand-written on the packet itself! My printer is 6 years old, so I'll let you know if I'm affecte4d by John Moonie's problem with HP's new software preventing compatible cartridges working properly!”

“Fast accurate delivery and judging by the HP laser toner product bought so far very good quality. The only gripe I have so far is about inkjet cartidges which I think are being made obsolete by HP introducing new software to make them obsolete. The cartidges work perfectly well then all of a sudden the black stops operating and no amount of coaxing will make them work. This fault I would tend to lay at the feet of HP rather than internet-ink in an effort to get you to buy the official product which is much more expensive.”
