“Having used many florists who promise prompt delivery and beautiful blooms but failed to fulfill the expectations I decided a while ago to try Interflora and I have never looked back. I have ordered on multiple occasions and have never been let down. Delivery is prompt and the quality of the flowers is always as promised. Yesterday I ordered a bouquet for my Mum’s 84th birthday and the flowers were arranged beautifully and were of the highest quality. Both Mum and I were delighted. An excellent high quality service”

“I made an order last week for Valentines day for an international delivery, and the order was wrong. I further contacted Interflora by phones and it took us 4 days to solve this issue by getting another order done of what was expected. The second order disappointed just as much as it was even worse than the first incorrect order. This is a very disappointing standard from Interflora as i, as a customer, expect a delivery of what i see on the image. I am very unhappy with this.”

“No issue with delivery. Flowers were dull and lifeless, withered leaves, unopened buds still haven’t opened. Not expecting them to as they are most likely dead. Very disappointing. In future, I’ll use my local florist.”
