“Your agent in Sligo was fantastic. I didn’t have a full address or phone number for the recipient, ( I only had the Surname and name of the road) he sent me a picture of the road on Google maps and I was able to identify the house. Great to see he was able to think ‘outside the box’ to ensure a prompt and accurate delivery. Wonderful service”

“The flowers I paid 100 euros for were a disgrace I will be looking for a refund they were for my uncles funeral I was never so annoyed Very few roses more carnations cheapest you can buy ! Interflora contact next ASAP ! Maria Ennis”

“Regarding order IN299438797: the card requested was Get Well Soon. However the card received was for a new baby albeit written with the correct get well greeting. A balloon with new baby congratulations was also sent. The recipient was a woman in her early eighties. While this was somewhat amusing, it could have been quite distressing if sent someone who had recently lost a child. Please inform the florist of this unfortunate accident. Regards Mrs Bridget Keohane”

“I was unable to track flowers status online as my booking number was not recognised, therefore I had to phone the number provided on many occasions to track the progress of my order, however the people I spoke to were helpful and courteous. Also the bouquet delivered was really lovely so not all negative.”

“First of all ur representative couldn’t find the address on ur system,and I was on the phone way too long to order flowers. Then on the day of delivery I got a notification to say they were delivered, when in fact they were not! I completely ruined the surprise when I called my girlfriend to find out what she thought of her flowers. It was nearly 5:30 when I took it upon myself to ring the florist ye had told me that interflora would be using, and they had a mix up and were about to close... luckily they managed to rectify the situation and my girl and her daughter got their flowers at 6:05, to nobodies surprise! Thanx interflora”
