“Very professional. Quick response and regular communication acknowledging status of order - i.e. when ready/when delivered. One thing that would improve service - it would be great if the person ordering (i.e. me) could be sent a photo of the order when ready for delivery, so they can see exactly what is being sent. Would be nice to see what flowers/colours etc. and know exactly what I paid for. Also, if there is any issue with the flowers (e.g. not as expected or perhaps damaged), the recipient is not likely to complain or mention it to their friend who sent them. Re the questions below - re method of delivery and damage - I don't know/am not aware, and don't have a photo as it was for a friend. Delivery - was delivered same day, as requested.”

“Excellent service. Ordered for same day delivery and they arrived that afternoon. Requested flowers without lilies and was not disappointed. Paid €50 for the flowers. Will definitely order from them again.”

“Ordered an autumn lily bouquet, specifically as my wife doesn't like roses and wanted the autumn colours,... Received a pink bouquet filled with different roses. Awful looking thing. Which was dead in 2 days.”
