“Usually very happy with Interflora but disappointed this time. Gift for Aunt in residential care. Flowers were poor quality & arrived in Glass Jug of water not foam as ordered”

“Very pleased with the flowers that you delivered. It was 7.30pm when they arrived. I didn’t get an email to say that they were on the way even though I received an email @ 8am to say that they would be delivered that day. My son had to stay @home all day.”
