“Very disappointed with my experience on this occasion. I placed 2 orders. 1. The arrangement delivered was substantially inferior to the one displayed on the website. 2. The flowers as ordered and the delivery date confirmed with the online order were not available. What use is an online order facility if it agrees order details which cannot be fulfilled? I will be VERY RELUCTANT to place an online order with Interflora again.”
