Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Internet was easy & next day deliver worked but bouquet was not as nice as the one I had ordered. It was made up of lots of much cheaper flowers, lots of carnations and only 1 rose. Not worth the charge. Then although a text was sent to me (recipient didn’t have mobile) , I got an email saying a card had been put through the door for them to know where flowers had been left. In the evening I contacted florist to check card had been left and it had not , just the text was sent. She did apologise. Then I had to contact receiver and tell them where to find them as they had not found them. The flowers delivered is what would put me off using Interflora again.

I ordered the trending autumnal flowers to be sent to my friend and whilst I appreciate that the flowers sent won’t look exactly like the bunch on the website, the flowers that were delivered did not look at all like what I ordered. I would not describe the flowers delivered to look at all ‘autumnal’ Delivery in good time and my friend was delighted. I was just extremely disappointed that what arrived did not look at all what I ordered. Why bother advertising different options if what’s going to be made up won’t look at all like what’s advertised?

Ordered flowers for a birthday gift. They looked awful. Dead, limp. Not at all what I expected or what was advertised.

I was really disappointed with the flower bouquet I bought. One of the main reasons was that it contained Lily’s (mums favourite) however when it arrived there was none. What is the pint paying for a product you don’t receive?

The bouquet in a vase was delivered with a card but that was all. There was no box or covering and the flowers (ordered to be delivered to my friend but at my address, who was calling in to see us on her way home to Hampshire were not the best. I had to make a box so she could transport them in her car for the 4 hour journey. This was not what I expect of Interflora.

I specifically ordered pink flowers for my daughter who has just had a baby so was very disappointed when I discovered you had sent white ones. Additionally the pot in the ad was a china one on wooden legs but the one delivered was just a plain coloured with no wooden feet...it was also much smaller than I expected. This is my first grandchild and it was important to me that things were done correctly...I was hugely disappointed...although the delivery driver needs a mention as they were very helpful and accommodating which is why u have 2 stars instead of one.:(

Really disappointed as requested at least one blue flower as the bouquet was for my daughter who had just had a baby boy. Also, none of the flowers were in bud as had been described and so they were all out at the same time so not long lasting as expected for the price.

Sadly, a floral gift I sent was very different to my expectations. I only happened to see it by chance and didn't want to embarrass the recipient by letting them know it was considerably smaller than ordered. I contacted Interflora Customer Services and they were very helpful, refunding me the significant cost. It was, however, not THEIR fault but the suppliers, who had failed them. Thank you for your assistance and the recompense.

The delivered flowers and vase did not resemble what we paid for online. There was a lot of leaves and greenery and little colour.

There were descriptions of the preferred colour of the bouquet. I chose 'pastel.' There were options for white; and when I chose pastel, I understood pinks, blues, lilacs, pale yellow ... etc. The prominent blooms that were open were white. I think there were some buds that would later open to pink and there were a couple of pink roses: but the overall colours were white and green. I know that my local Interflora at Beaufort Florist does this (as on my wedding day when I also asked for pink!! and got white and green) but I thought in Bournville, they would be a bit more classy. Disappointed, I'm afraid. £70 for white daisies!!

Overpeiced bunch of "wildflowers". What I paid for and what the recipient received does not justify £40!!!! Not happy 😒

Beautiful flowers and great delivery, but disappointed with the size of bouquet £50 plus £12 delivery, would have got better value if gone to supermarket. Will not be using interflora again.

The flowers were beautiful but the fact that I had paid £12 for same day delivery between 8am to 12pm and my flowers didn't turn up til 12.40 I think this is very poor service. When I contacted yourselves I thought I was getting the full refund of the delivery charge but only got £5 back which was absolutely ridiculous.
