Normally I have no complaints and the the flowers are beautiful and delivered on time. This time however, the box was open and the the plant had a fair few flowers broken off the stem. Was a shame as they were a birthday gift for my mum.

Expensive !!! Three of the flower heads had snapped off on opening, now after only a few days, two of the flowers have died, considering the cost, there was more foliage than than actual flowers ! Not as expected from Interflora !

I place a lot of orders, and very rarely have an issue. This order was different firstly I placed the order and received an email on the day of delivery advising that the delivery could not take place due to stock issues. Fortunately the date of delivery was not important on the occassion. Then on the rearranged date the delviery failed, I was advised the recipient was not in but in fact she had been in all day. I did get a call to say the delivery had failed and that re-delivery could be made another time, but I also received an email from Interflora advising the recipient would have been carded but this also was not the case. A bit of a dissappointing experience all in all.

The Begionia was left in the entract hall just inside the front door of the block of flats, rather than taken to the second floor (there is a lift) where my aged parents (in their eighties) live. Although I organised the delivery for my mother's birthday I provided my father's mobile phone number so he could be informed of delivery progress and/or if there were any issues. He was not contacted to say the delivery had taken place, although I did recive an email. When I telephoned later that day to wish my mum a happy burthday I was told by my dad the plant had not arrived - in fact it had but it was in the entrace hall, and when he unwrapped it, it was a bit of a sorry sight - see picture.

Ordered a pure white large orchid from Interflora for someone moving into their new home. They looked stunning on the website. Contacted Interflora prior to placing the order in order to confirm that it would be a pure white orchid as illustrated on Interflora website. 1) The plant was not delivered by Interflora as such, but by DHL in a cardboard box and left on doorstep, though the person was at home at the time of delivery. Not a good first impression. Expected the flowers to be delivered by a flower company and flowers to be in full view the second the person opened the front door to take delivery! 2) The orchids were not large white flowers as illustrated, but white with dark pink centres and on the small side. Somewhat a disappointing experience and wished I had ordered them from other florist at half the price.

Red Roses advertised weren’t available. I agreed to take a bouquet to same value but the recipient didn’t feel it was close to the same value and the Hydrangeas withered in 24 hours. First time I’ve been disappointed in what is normally a very good service.

Flowers where lovely but unfortunately the message card was missing which was a shame. The Flowers was off our newborn daughter to her mummy and it would of been nice for her to keep the card as a keep sake and memory.

My Order was supposed to contain a Pink Vase - which was advertised, and which I paid for. What was received was a clear ( plain ) glass vase of a different style. Very disappointed.

the birthday flower basket sent to my daughter-in-law in Kent was badly damaged.. Interflora redeemed the situation by giving me a full refund.

While the display looked nice in the delivery box, there were actually very few flowers for £47 including delivery when rearranged in a vase … since it was a present for my wife’s birthday I bought two more bouquets from Sainsbury’s to provide a half-way decent display. It is unlikely I will use Interflora again 😟
