Disappointed didn't get what I ordered and it was for a 50th anniversary wrong selection of wine

Asked for gins, got bottle of white wine instead.Told gins no longer available.So why are they a choice on website?Very disappointed.Wont use interflora again.

The order was not fully delivered. I ordered chocolates to accompany the bouquet of flowers, to make the surprise & treat that much bigger. Disappointingly the chocolates were not delivered. I am still waiting to receive a refund for their cost.

Paid £50 + £12 delivery for what was supposed to be a large bouquet for the pre-school team at daughter’s school to say thank you. When I saw the flowers I was very disappointed as I would have expected a far more impressive bouquet for £50. It looked more like a £35 bouquet. Wouldn’t use again as poor value for money.

I think 8 tulips was awful and nothing like the bouquet s In the pictures extremely disappointed.

Disappointed. Late delivery. Paid for same day delivery, ordering at 10am and they weren't delivered until the following day. The whole idea of ordering for same day delivery is to have them delivered when you ask (and pay £10 for the privilege). Wont be using Interflora again. I will contact a florist myself.

The amount of flowers for £40 was very poor. I could have went to Tesco and got the same amount of flowers for £15 maximum…. I won’t use Interflora again.

At first glance we were well impressed by variety of flowers. Obviously we placed them in a suitable vase but by the following day they/some showed sign wilting. We refilled the vase but the next morning they were dropping petals onto the floor/table. Very unusual for your organisation.

When I checked on my account on the evening of the requested delivery day it showed that the order was still pending..... it had in fact been delivered ..... However the card message was not with the order.... Fortunately I had warned the recipients of its arrival, so they guessed it was from me.... The order details were amended to show the delivery had occurred, when I checked again 2 days later.... This is the first time this has occurred in the last 4 years however.... But it's a bit sloppy, and I hope won't happen again.... Thank you.

The size is of the bouquet for the price paid was very disappointing, on top of that had to pay delivery fee as well.

The flowers I chose on website (bright bouquet) for my mums birthday did not resemble in size or colours and had none of the orange lillies, which decided my choice.

Ordered a rose plant for a wedding anniversary from Interflora, as I wanted to use the services of a local florist and help keep open artisan florist shops. I was flabbergasted to see the flower display delivered by DPD, a carrier of goods employing people on zero hour terms and supposedly "self employed" with no employment rights. I have two complaints to Interflora : 1) why don't you use proper local florist as you advertise doing? And 2) ehy do you use a transporter that exploit their workforce? I have an account with Interflora and will only use Interflora again if you can confirm you will always use local florist.

The flowers were beautiful but the box shown in the picture wasn't there. Just a plastic bubble of water. They were on time but only just 11.57am.

I placed the same order a week or so apart. the cost was £50. We were delighted with one bouquet and really disappointed with the other, as the photographs should demonstrate. I am a regular and usually very happy customer but the flowers delivered in Oxford were poor value for money and much less impressive than the ones delivered in West Yorkshire.

The flowers are gorgeous but I don’t really feel we got our moneys worth. They were £60 and I don’t feel we received £60 worth of flowers. Lots of greenery used to bulk them out and not a lot of flowers, there’s one large rose and that’s it. Asked for pink and purple and have a random orange and yellow section. Bit disappointed as we spent a lot of money and they’re for a special occasion.

Unusually disappointed I use Interflora a lot but with this purchase feel I was let down on the service Firstly they were unable to deliver on the day I requested, I was informed of this on the morning of the day, so not happy ! I then asked them to deliver to a different location as the recipient would not be home, but they didn’t response and delivered to a empty house Fortunately they did receive them when they returned
