Flowers lovely on arrival but lasted on 5 days in comparison to other bouquets that where purchased for the same celebration that are still looking good

Unfortunately of all the flower arrangements I've ordered from Interflora this has been the only one I wasn't impressed with when I saw it next day at my friend's new house (although she seemed happy with it). I do understand that the florist has to work with whatever flowers are available at the time of season but sadly to me it was pretty run of the mill especially knowing past flowers ordered have been beautiful & more or less as pictured on line 😕

The Interflora website was easy to use and easy to arrange delivery on a certain day, but the delivery cost was very high and the flowers were not worth the amount spent, I could have purchased 2 bunches from the supermarket for the same price and they probably would have been nicer, so a bit disappointing.

Ordered a Luxurious Neutral Bouquet as I liked the pastel pinks and whites, but just received white flowers only. Asked for a specific delivery time block (your website offered am or pm, but this didn't cover what I needed (late am to early pm) but it was still delivered before my requested time. Thought the bunch was smaller than I've had in the past for the price paid. Luckily, it was still very well received for a birthday surprise....

I expected something more than the standard shop bought bouquet size and flower selection. They were pretty, don't get me wrong, just disappointing for 75 pounds.

I was disappointed that the chosen boquet and chololcates did not match up to my expectations. There was a lot greenery with just a hanful of flowers including one stem of lillies. The lilly only lasted 3 days. I sympathise with keeping them in this heat, but they have been kept in the cool since delivery. They have been topped up with fresh water every day. There was also no flower food to top up with. I felt I did not get value for money.

The flowers were lovely but I ordered a vae with a bee on it, however the wrong vase was delivered.

Unable to deliver on a Saturday so delivered on Friday left flowers at front which was not discovered until I phoned my daughter and asked if the flowers were okay as she uses the back entrance as it is a small holding

To start with, the bouquet, the extra large pastel bloom assortment was absolutely beautiful, really gorgeous! All those extras were in there & I was delighted, as was my Mam. They were for her birthday. I was so looking forward to seeing them all open out in the following days, but sadly that didn't happen. They were delivered on Thursday 3rd July, & by Saturday 5th, she'd had to condense them because many had dropped off, (I had noticed on the first day a few had dropped but nothing major), & the others were withered & drooping. My Mam has green fingers & has always loved her garden & flowers in her home so knows what is what, & although the ones that are left are lovely, I'm so disappointed. It's a lot of money to pay, & when they arrived they were absolutely beautiful, absolutely worth it, I want to make that clear! We have used that florist a couple of times in the past & they always deliver, they always go the extra mile to include the personal touches, & make the best arrangements! This time it just didn't last, despite the ones being left being beautiful still. I have some pictures. One was half an hour after they were delivered & the other is the one from Saturday when they'd had to be condensed. Thank you again though they were so beautiful, & your service including delivery is great. I would still come to you in the future!

The flowers were beautiful, but they were not delivered until late afternoon which I think it was too late for my sister in laws 80th Birthday.

The flowers looked nice and were delivered on time, but unfortunately, they started to wilt and had to be thrown away within 3 to 4 days. My wife received flowers from other companies that have lasted much longer. I suspect this may be because they were ordered on a Monday rather than mid-week.

Disappointed by service on this occasion. Birthday flowers delivered at 8pm. Flowers left at the door of a care home!! I phoned from 30 miles away for the home to take them in. I understood a local florist would be used in the case. This scenario would appear to indicate otherwise. My relative appears happy with the quality.

I saw a product I liked the price I made a purchase, you delivered. Why do you need me to make comment about you doing the job you were paid well to do? How about I ask you how feel I did as a customer? Could you please review my performance?

My sister was very happy with the flowers however from the photo she sent me there was a lot of green and not so many flowers. It didnt look much like the photo on the website.
