“Delivery was on the correct day but late in the afternoon, it was a suprise that the delivery method was by DPD and not a local florist. other than that I have been told the flowers were very nice.”

“The arrangement was much smaller than I had anticipated, bearing in mind I ordered a size up from the photo online so I didn't feel it was good value. Delivery service was good, I asked for an afternoon delivery and that is what I got. Not sure if I will use again though.”

“Good delivery on time etc. Recipient very pleased as you would expect but I was disappointed in the flowers, they were a cheap selection of flowers and did not justify the price in comparison to other companies I have used .”

“Was disapointed to see the box was damaged on delivery, Fortunatly not much damage to flowers. It looked like it had been transported layed on it's side instead of upright as stated on the box.”

“These flowers were to celebrate the arrival of my Grandson, so was looking for more Blue colour in the bouquet.... Had to settle on Purple instead ... Plus the delivery was late in the evening, I would have much rather they had delivered earlier in the day ... These are just my thoughts... My daughter in law liked the flowers which is the main thing .....”

“The delivery guy was great, and extremely helpful. But I was disappointed in the flowers themselves. They weren’t like the picture… mostly green and cream, but not very big flowers, apart from one lily stem, which was in bud. They were overall dull and quite lifeless- unremarkable.”

“Now appreciate that cost of flowers and labour must have gone up quite a lot, as for the cost of the package I thought the size of the bouquet looked pretty small compared to past experience. I also did not expect the composition of the bouquet to be so different from the white lilies and blue irises in the web photo, which I would have thought would still be in season (30/8) and given the order was placed on a Thursday for Saturday delivery I would have thought that it would have been possible for the florist to order the flowers in. However I realise would be boring for florists if they couldn't use their artistic skills to create different creations so perhaps it's a moot point, and I will check any descriptions of size more closely next time and not rely on past experience. Overall bouquet was acceptable and mostly blue and white as requested for a Sapphire Wedding Anniversary, though was a significant violet coloured flower in amongst it. Delivery was made by late Saturday afternoon.”

“The ordering and delivery were fine but the flowers were expensive for what they were. Coincidentally, an identical bunch were delivered the same day by another retailer at a much lower cost.”

“The flowers looked fantastic when they arrived, however, the flowers started to droop after a couple of days, despite being in a good amount of water, which was disappointing. The flowers I usually order from Interflora last at least a few days.”

“As market leaders who have been around for decades, I think you have become complacent. Bunches are pretty but 7 flowers in a cardboard box for over £50 is expensive. Convenient but underwhelming.”
