The flowers delivered were very disappointing compared to the photo of the type of bunch I paid for

They did not keep me updated they failed to reply in a timely manner if anything it was half hearted replies on email with no sense of compassion .. rang me only once because the delivery failed but had they called back or given me a number to call them on it would NOT have been a. Failed delivery. The flowers were condolence flowers for a death! Not happy at all.

Bought bouquet based on my wife's love of lilies which were clearly visible in the pic. No lilies on what was delivered. Not only that, one of the blooms was well past its date and going brown. Also found a fake bloom on the bouquet. For something over £42, it was a big dissapointment. An unanswered email to Interflora sealed the deal for me. Shall not use again.

Flowers were to be delivered on Friday 29th March (ordered on 28th) and didn't arrive at my sister's house until Tue the 2nd of April. It was clearly stated they would arrive on the 29th. Then I get an email saying an extra special bouquet would arrive on Tuesday, what does that even mean? Not a happy customer

The bouquet that was delivered was disappointing. It included a number of yellow roses that wilted within a couple of days. The remaining flowers had to be thrown away after five days.

I am very very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered. They looked nothing like I ordered. I ordered large and they were the smallest bunch. So disappointed. Made a special delivery look so cheap I was embarrassed

Ordered flowers, yes my mistake to wrong address. Emailed interflora who advised flowers already delivered as you can’t seem to call them. Interflora said they have contacted the local florist and as been 3 days there’s nothing they can do. I said we have checked with the address where they were sent and nothing. I can only assume the florist has left the flowers in a communal area for them to be stolen or not do their due diligence and just give them to some random. Either way after a series of emails I asked for the local florists details so as not to use them again. In essence I use interflora about twice a month and not impressed they take your money and then nothing. I will just contact local florists in future to send out the flowers and they will be cheaper and I am sure have some accountability.

The driver couldn’t find the address despite delivering there before. Therefore the flowers were delivered the next day and the surprise ruined.

To be honest having seen the flowers after they were delivered to my mother they were extremely overpriced at £55 and I would have expected much more volume, the flowers were not even as good as a £20 bunch from Tesco so very disappointed particularly after having to pay for delivery too
