We've been delivering your good wishes for more than 90 years. From contemporary chic to classic favourites, as well as unique creations via our Designed to Order service, our florists create perfect bouquets every day.

As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Used throughout the ages our Mercury Man emblem is recognised worldwide as a symbol of swift and timely delivery and the very best quality floral gifts.

Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

This is the second time I've used Interflora, and paid extra for next day delivery, and the sevond tome the flowers have arrived 4 days late - both were flowers related to bereavements. I was offered no discount or refund. I will not be using Interflora again sadly.

Flowers were meant to arrive 4 days ago and they still didn’t arrive yet. I sent it to my mother in law and she still hasn’t received them. Shipping is expensive but yet they don’t ship it on time.

Poor, I will never use your services again. Delivered a day late. Lied about local rose stock as I called myself. Completely ruined what was going to be a great night.

Sent flowers to New Zealand for my daughter’s 50th birthday and am very disappointed for the amount of flowers she received in the bouquet for the cost of them. I think you need to change the florist you used. She was very upset

Very disappointed with bouquet delivered to my daughter on 12 April for her 50th birthday. On third day after delivery, all tulips disposed of, due to dropping petals. Also, not received a response to my complaint letter dated 16 April 2025. L Bythell

1) only 2 big roses and some other minor flowers and lots of foliage to hide the reduced number of flowers 2) Four days after the delivery - ALL flowers were wilted and faded!!!!! 3) Extremity of the foliage show fungal disease and there were lot of contaminated traces around the vase where we put the bouquet Thanks

I am very disappointed. I had a requested a basket arrangement but when it arrived it was a bouquet and contained half the number of flowers that were in the description picture. I emailed interflora with a copy of the photo of the arrangement and as yet I have had no response from them.

As a last resort for a last minute sympathy bouquet (£42 + 7.50 deluvery) for a colleague's family funeral, I urgently ordered from Interflora due to the delivery time. I ordered the standard bouquet which I understand there won't be as many flowers as show in picture but I feel that there was less roses and with no lilies it really made the bunch look like a standard bunch you can buy from the local supermarket at a much cheaper price! A friend has had a similar issue too. I feel like they are over priced since I've ordered a similar bouquet at a much cheaper price online including delivery. Disappointed since many moons ago the bouquets would be stunning and would be worth the price. I have included a picture of bouquet I ordered and the one my colleague received. In my opinion, just not worth the money.
