Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

You used DPD to deliver and they kept sending me messages to say they would deliver the flowers to me rather than the person I bought them for. This caused me some anxiety as I was due to go away and they could have been sitting on my doorstep. For this reason I wouldn't used Interflora again

I ordered the Autum bunch of flowers unfortunately the flowers received did not resemble the picture. My friend sent me the picture and it was difficult to see any fresh flowers in rhe bouquet.many thx Lian07919277786

nfortunately way too long to deliver on same day with no way of estimating time of delivery. Initial estimate on an order placed in mornig was 1pm. it actually got delivered at 6pm Live tracking was good feature but useless if the person had left work at 5pm say...

Easy to order, tracking delivery was good but flowers its self was very small. I ordered a large and they were tiny. The box was bigger than the bouquet. Wouldn’t order again.

I understand it was a Monday delivery but my £65 bouquet for my wife’s birthday consisted of 4 roses a sprig of 5 white lily’s and a few smaller flowers and lots of foliage. If I had paid half the price I wouldn’t complain. The florist called and said they didn’t have the flowers to deliver the requested bouquet. But said they would put together something of equal size value. If they didn’t have the stock they shouldn’t have taken the order. It should have gone to another florist.

I was disappointed I ordered the lavish pastel bouquet for my elderly mum I was not expecting it to be exactly like the picture but still expecting pastel shades.. it didn’t match the description and for £73 to be stuffed with Lillies it was disappointing.

Hello Iv used you a lot but was disappointed with the flowers delivered to our Canadian family this time !! The picture of the ones i ordered didn’t resemble anything like them and the amount of flowers were sparse compared to the ones I had looked at I will consider my options next time

We requested same day delivery this didn’t happen it was the following day. We felt the bouquet was small only one rose and not worth the money we spent.

Flowers were sent to USA , a picture was sent to me and I was disappointed as the flowers looked like they would not last very long and there were not as many in the arrangement as I expected them there to be.

I use Interflora regularly and am always very impressed by the high standard of the deliveries I place. For the most recent delivery, however, I was a little disappointed. The rose petals and sunflower petals were jaded. On the notes section, I requested the flowers to be as bright as possible... The delivered flowers had some bright flowers but nowhere near the standard that had been delivered on my previous delivery to this one (which were amazing!). To be fair, the flowers delivered were not terrible but pretty mediocre. To be honest, I feel I could have popped into M&S and saved half the cost on the product provided. I've tried to upload a photo (and have tried resizing it) but an error message keeps flagging up. My apologies for the disappointing feedback. It's the first time in all the time I've been using Interlora that I've had cause to do so.

I was quite disappointed with the flower delivery to Richmond, BC in Canada from the UK. It was for a birthday and Interflora did not do any deliveries on the 1st of September so I had to arrange for the delivery the next day instead, 2nd September. The bouquet itself was nothing like the photograph & not at all attractive - solid colours of either red roses or pink roses were not used as indicated in the photograph but instead the roses were pink and white. Not at all attractive!! The lilies were not as shown in the photograph. The bouquet in a vase was not delivered in the morning but at the end of the working day - not happy about that either. The price paid for such a small flower arrangement and delivery charges were nothing short of exorbitent. I do not recommend using their services again unless thay stick to what is promised in their description. Not a pleasant experience!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. It was supposed to be an amazing birthday surprise but unfortunately it was not!! Ver disappointed with their service and flower arrangement!! I have uploaded 3 photos - The 1st one is what the arrangement was supposed to look like and the 2nd and 3rd are what was delivered. Quite shocking!!

The flowers were lovely and delivered very quickly However after day two we had an issue with flies all around the kitchen and all over open food, we found a fly infestation from within the flowers and had to be thrown along with lots of fresh food/fruit and the poor dogs bowl was covered in flies all because of these flowers. Not very happy at all

Very disappointed with the bouquet delivered compared to the one I selected on your website. While I appreciate seasonal choice the bouquet was selected primarily for the lillys which sadly were not present in the one received. Indeed I thought the selection was rather poor and certainly not worth the cost .

Flowers were late and I was sti being told they were not delivered the following day. I discovered later that they had infact been delivered but it caused a lot of anxiety for me
