Was disappointed my partner never got them on the day , As you couldn’t get white Rosie’s from your local Interflora branch until the next day When they did arrive the next day however , they was beautiful and she was very happy

Although the flowers were delivered and were nice, I didn’t get the bottle of pink Prosecco I paid £25 for.

Flowers we not remotely reminiscent of what was ordered. Some of the flowers were already dying on delivery and no response to my complaint email so far.

Very disappointed. I had ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday. I received an email on the day of her birthday from Interflora telling me that the florist didn't have any flowers. She had to receive her flowers the day after her birthday which is not quite the same. I don't see my daughter very often and this flower delivery for her birthday meant a lot to me. When she did receive the bouquet the next day she sent me a photo and said they were lovely.

I ordered these flowers for my mums birthday expecting them to better than the ones you get from Tesco. They didn’t even last a week the roses didn’t bloom neither did the Lillie’s and I spent at least £70 on them?

Flowers were lovely but the pot they arrived in was very much smaller than the photograph suggested. The number of blooms was disappointingly small. The actual florist shop people were very helpful when I had to call to arrange a re delivery when my daughter missed the first delivery. I don’t think the item was good value .

I was disappointed in the florists arrangement which included a massive sunflower . In my opinion this didn’t look right in the bouquet .

Delivery driver didn't wait for us to answer door and put them around the side where they could've been damaged. Roses delivered have blooms with brown edges. Roses have no scent. Rose buds do not open and look like plastic ones. Very disappointed especially how much they cost.

We are not impressed whith the flowers you sent us thay are nearly all dead with what I paid for them I thought thay would have lasted longer delivered Wednesday Dead monday. Never again

I ordered a beautiful bunch of pastel flowers for £65 with a couple of days’ notice and in the box I said that the recipient likes pink. Sadly it looked as if they had grabbed all the cheap pink flowers in store and used them up with one piece of gyp poking out the top. I was really disappointed and felt ripped off. Below are pictures of what I ordered and what I received.
