Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Very few flowers in bouquet. A lot of greenery to bulk it out. Better value from Marks and Spencer .

I ordered a white arrangement as per photo in selection area and was very disappointed that the white Lillie were in fact yellow....which was not what I ordered. I specifically wanted all white as my daughter-in-law law loves all white flowers. I have not ordered from interflora for a longtime as I was disappointed with the first order and shall be thinking twice before ordering again. Elizabeth Senior

Delivered on different day than one booked , only put one card in instead of two as had been ordered . Each gift should have included 1/2 bottle of Prosecco- the 2 bottles were placed in with one of the gifts so that the other had no bottle with it . All in all very disappointing

Ordered a spring box for a birthday gift @ £37, was really disappointed with what was delivered, very small and hardly any stems in the bouquet, had to go and buy a second gift as was embarrassed by what was received for the price. I'm really gutted aswell as I always use Interflora and this is the first order I have not been happy with.

My name was not sent with the message, so the receiver did not know who had sent the flowers. I tried to order a vase and was told the flowers came in a vase. They did not

Yeah all other flower arrangements have been good except the last one to my sister Elaine which I found had too much greenery and not enough roses considering what I paid for it but was happy when u refunded me.

The flowers arrived promptly, as promised, however I was disappointed when I saw a photo, as the quantity and quality of the flowers was similar to what I might have purchased from a local florist for a tenth of the price.

Delivered on time but with little care! Basket of flowers had not been cared for well and was dry and wilting. The box of chocolates was clearly 'thrown' on top squashing the plants and it looked very poor and disappointing on delivery. Not up to Interfloras usual standard! Thankfully my mother is green fingered and has managed to reinvigorate the basket which was delivered on Wednesday before mother's day. Overall disappointing.

Interflora delivered Birthday flowers to my friend on the wrong day which meant she was not at home to receive them and were left in hot temperatures. Very disappointing that the delivery date on the order was not checked.

It was like having an Amazon delivery, the driver couldn't wait the fifteen seconds it takes between me hearing the doorbell and opening the front door. Seems they went straight for the backup-plan and left the flowers at the back. I appreciate that Feb 14th is likely your most busy day of the year but sadly your performance dropped below your usual standard which I'd rate as excellent

Flowers were nice, but they delivered to the wrong address so my wife didn't get her valentine's flowers until 21:30 that night when we had a knock on the door from someone down the road.
