My flowers arrived on time & we’re beautiful but without the card that I had asked for with a message on so the recipient didn’t know who they were from

I paid £75 for a bouquet which was delivered on the Wednesday, I visted my Mum on the Friday and the roses were already dying. Plus the bouquet was smaller than expected. I was really disappointed.

There was nothing wrong with the website, service etc I just felt that the flowers themselves were poor, I got some flowers for my mum for mothers day from Morrisons that cost me £12 and I felt they had more flowers in that the £61 ones from Interflora - was quite disappointed as these were to be presented to the wife of one of our gentlemen that was retiring I had to add some bits that i had from home just to make them look a bit fuller :(

All online, sorted Flowers delivered Lasted two days and then my partner had to call to get replacement as they didn’t last. Picture not taken but flowers replaced. Not happy that I’ve paid for this and they last two days

I contacted Stems Floral Designs and specifically requested the delivery team to knock on the lounge window as my Mother is hard of hearing and does not hear the doorbell. My request was ignored and the flowers were left by the rear access gate on the front drive. She is almost 90 and struggles to walk. Very disappointed.

It was a disappointment that there was such a small range available for the date I was asking for. I was also required to write and rewrite the same information which was annoying. Usually this was not the case and was not very satisfactory. I ended up with less than I had wanted.

This time round the flowers delivered were already past their best and some daerkening at the edges. They only lasted a few days. Never had an issue in the past, but this time not so great a surprise for my wife.

Really disappointed when I see the basket of flowers I sent to my daughter in-law for the loss of her dad.For £40 I thought they would have been a lot better.

My mother’s flowers and chocolates arrived afternoon. She had left. We expected a morning delivery. They were left at neighbours.

The flowers weren’t as I saw online. I have paid for a large size but the actual size wasn’t that big. I expected really nice flowers for the price I paid for.

Flower basket was delivered with crushed flowers and dislodged soil. The recipient salvaged as much as possible before she was able to take a photo of how it was delivered, so wouldn't be representing what arrived. Simply wasn't delivered with proper care. Trust lost.

My primary reason for using your service was that at one time you seemed to delegate all your orders to local florists. Those days seem to be over, so I will now no longer be using your service, and instead, will be searching for and finding local florists directly.

I received a spring bunch in a large size. Some of the flowers appeared dead on arrival so I couldn't use them in the vase, and overall am a little disappointed. I thought, per the image on the website, there would be more flowers and with a broader array of colour. I wouldn't pay £55 for the same bunch again - sorry.

Packages arrived and the flowers that were in the pot had spilt soil on the other items. Also, a box of chocolates had spilt a few of the chocolates in the box. The flowers had been flattened, so it didn’t look great either. They should grow upwards hopefully over time. Basically the package been thrown around with not much care. Better packaging could’ve helped but wasn’t the best presentation when it came out of the box!

The quality of the small roses was very poor and most died within 2 days Very unusual as I have had good service before

Flowers arrived on time and in great condition. Ordered a spring uplifting style (with sunflowers if available) and Large size. Would consider the size Medium and style more akin to Autumn (or even wake?).

Disappointing bouquet for the price, as much foliage as blooms. A partial refund would be good, we don’t plan to use Interflora again in future.
