Internet was easy & next day deliver worked but bouquet was not as nice as the one I had ordered. It was made up of lots of much cheaper flowers, lots of carnations and only 1 rose. Not worth the charge. Then although a text was sent to me (recipient didn’t have mobile) , I got an email saying a card had been put through the door for them to know where flowers had been left. In the evening I contacted florist to check card had been left and it had not , just the text was sent. She did apologise. Then I had to contact receiver and tell them where to find them as they had not found them.
The flowers delivered is what would put me off using Interflora again.
