I ordered the trending autumnal flowers to be sent to my friend and whilst I appreciate that the flowers sent won’t look exactly like the bunch on the website, the flowers that were delivered did not look at all like what I ordered. I would not describe the flowers delivered to look at all ‘autumnal’
Delivery in good time and my friend was delighted. I was just extremely disappointed that what arrived did not look at all what I ordered. Why bother advertising different options if what’s going to be made up won’t look at all like what’s advertised?
