“I ordered some headphones with 2-4 days delivery, they didn't get dispatched until I called them 5 days later asking where they were, I was told somebody would call back and explain the situation and they never did. When the headphones did arrive they didn't work, and likely hadn't been tested. 0/10 shocking performance all round.”

“I purchased a download code for Superior Drummer 3 and was well happy at easy it all was. From payment to installation, everything was a doddle. Inta Audio even supplied there own installation instructions and offered help along the way to make sure I got what I paid for. Top service! Thanks, will definitely buy from again.”

“The service was fair in that we were able to download the Melodyne upgrade I wanted at a fair price. The technical assistance left something to be desired when we required help. We eventually figured it out that the files had to be unzipped for completion of using the programme. The comment passed to me over the phone was - something like " I can't tell you why its not working- we sell this stuff but I've never used it. Sorry! not the best technical help I've had. so three stars is the result.”

“OK.. I made a rather lighthearted review today and gave a 3 star rating because of a delivery charge and the somewhat nonchalant way the lady I spoke with when I called dealt with my query. Well allow me to update my review to 5 * because Inta Audio have written to me and said they will refund the delivery charge if I contact them again. Thats good service and attention to customer care.... might have been nice not to have to write such a mediocre review to get it but all credit to Inta Audio for sorting it so swiftly Thank you”
