“On the web site it seemed to suggest that I would be getting the advertised PC almost the next day. But then it said it was being built to my specification and took a week. I was surprised it didn't have a CD drive, but I guess that's the way of the world. I then had ato buy an external CD drive to install some programs I had. It's running a little slow, bu that could be for a variety of reasons, but I wonder if I can increase the RAM? Over-all I'm glad I bought it”

“A multi function music at an average price for that product. Takes a bit of getting what settings to use, which are not explicit. A bit of an annoyance having some of the functions in the side panel, which restricts where it can be placed. Overall it is good that we can play music in various formats & has clear sound with DAB as well.”

“Customer Service from placing order to actual delivery was good (and did refund shipping costs) .... scored 4/5 as their courier let them down :( paid for "next day delivery" despite the item originating from East Lancashire it somehow ended up in Warwickshire before having an "overnight stop" in Tamworth ... Given I am in Merseyside the item passed within half hour drivetime of my address whilst taking an unecessary detour ... maybe courier ought to be "looked into" for future dispatching (?)”

“Back in July 2020 I configured and then ordered a Music PC from you which I have been using ever since without any problem. I will shortly need to upgrade the PC as MS will no longer support W10 from 2025. I am also in the market for an audio interface which will be compatible with my 'new' PC. I am looking at the Presonus 1824C which seems to have most bases covered. Would you recommend this unit and could I use it on my existing W10 PC and then transfer it over to the new computer without any problem? Your price is about £30 more than Thomann at present but failing a price match I might still come to you because of my previous good experience with your company. Also I live in hope of Black Friday and I don't mean the US election! If you agree that I can make the transfer to the new PC later I will likely order an interface in the next week or so. If not is there a viable alternative on the interface that you could suggest? Can you help? Thank you. Alan”

“Ordered a new PC, to my specifications, from Inta Audio, which I received earlier this month (June 2024). Am very pleased so far with the PC. Where IntaAudio could improve is: among the items was a box with several bits in it, but no explanation as to what they were; there were no 'quick start' instructions; there was a USB stick, but nothing to tell me what it was for, or how to use it; I assume the stick is something to do with system recovery if there is a crash. I would have like more details and instructions,”

“The machine I ordered was delivered quickly, more so than I expected. It was very well packed and protected. I had my own screen, audio interface and speakers, and when it was all connected up, everything worked perfectly. The computer is amazingly quiet in operation. So far, it is proving fast and effective. My only caveat is that a bit of documentation about the backup and recovery software and the care plan that I purchased, would have been (actually, would still be) useful.”
