“I purchased a some equipment which arrived the following day, fabulous service. Sadly there was a fault that showed the first time of using it. Contact Inta Audio who immediately sent out a replacement unit which arrived the following day enabling me to continue with my work uninterupted and i return the faulty unit to them. How refreshing to deal with a company that took my word for it and sent out the replacement unit before they had received my return. Plus they covered the postage, again refreshing. Really, really impressed with this company and I will most certainly be purchasing from them again.”

“Very good. Although the machine initially didn't work, their suggestion that the Ram may have been unseated in transit was correct & got rid of the issue instantly. Their prices are very competitive. I'm happy to have got a machine to replace the previous one that died.”

“I was impressed by the speed with which the items (6x 5 meter lyhtt led lighting strips ) were dispacthed ....when I contacted the company to make sure they were on the way they were very effecient. Will definitely use Inta again.”

“The microphone worked fine for about 10 minutes and then totally stopped working. I took a look at the inside of the jack plug and noticed that one of the soldered joints was disconnected (I.e a dry joint) I re-soldered the joint and it worked fine from then on.”
