“Really great service. Received a call from one of the people working there to tell me that despite the delivery date/window being until 29th December they were going to rush it out so it would arrive before Christmas. It was pretty surprising as they really didn't have to do it. Oh, and the headphones are sweeeeeeet too.”

“Unfortunately, I cannot give good feedback. This is due to the company not reading a message sent several hours before they dispatched my item and minutes after payment, asking to deliver my goods to a different address. I received a message almost 24 hours later stating that it had been delivered to the original address. However if the company read their messages this would not have happened and would have got a very good rating. Unfortunately, this was a present and now a present that will not be received. Very frustrated and disappointed.”

“Bought an audio recorder at a very reasonable price. Initially had difficulty in getting it to play back: turned out to be a very simple problem, in that the speaker setting defaulted to 'Off'. Phoned, got straight through to a person, and immediately the problem was solved. Thank you!”

“Great item - Vox Amplyg 2 Classic Rock. Am able to practice guitar using headphones without bothering anyone else and without having to connect up amp and leads. This little gizmo gives lots of effects and tones - just wish it was on the market years ago. Decent noise cancelling headphones are a must! Great item and service!”

“My first package did not arrive as Royal Mail decided to make off with it, so Inta Audio sent the same item to a different address. The package arrived and the microphone works brilliantly. The customer service I received along with the resending of the package being the first port of call for a package lost in the post makes Inta Audio an online retailer I highly recommend.”
