“The online chat helped me decide which case to get (they had to go and get someone more knowledgeable to answer the question). I liked the many many options for configuring the PC exactly how I wanted it. I spoke to staff member (Keiran I think) on 2 occasions , once to finalise the delivery time slot, and the other a follow-up to an email query about fan noise (which was solved with no trouble). The Pc was built and tested sooner than I expected, too.”

“I received the wrong foot switch and sent an email the day it arrived. The following day I thought I would call to confirm the procedure for replacement. I spoke to Kieran who dealt with my issue seamlessly. I had a returns label that day and a replacement promised in the post for the following day (today). It arrived first thing. It doesn't get any better. The true test of great customer service is how you deal with and solve problems, you have great customer service, Kieran is a great asset. Thank you Kieran, top man.”

“Item ordered arrived very quickly with email updates. Whilst there was no specific damage to my package, it's my opinion that the packaging could have been better to cushion its content securely.
