“I'm glad I was still able to purchase the limited edition of Audio Technica headphones. They arrived on time from IntaAudio company. The only suggestion that I can think of right now is to maybe think about including an inexpensive amplifier like Fiio at a slightly higher cost to squeeze out more potential from such headphones. But other than that, all good!”

“My order was placed at about 4pm on a Monday (after the cutoff for next day delivery), but was still delivered the next day! Great! Had a small query which was dealt with quickly and easily by the customer service team. Excellent price, delivery and communication. What more do you need? Thumbs up from me!”

“For the product I bought, IntaAudio could not be beaten on price. And believe me, I looked everywhere on the Internet. One negative aspect, was the lack of courier information on the despatch notification email. This is important for those who have arrangements with certain couriers. When I asked by email, who the courier was, IntaAudio customer services gave me wrong information. They said DPD would be the courier, it turned out to be Royal Mail.”
