“I ordered a serial download of iZotope's Music Production Bundle 2 and received the serial numbers the next working day. However, I had issues with authorizing the software and Tom was able to sort out the problem within a couple of days. Excellent customer service. I have used IntaAudio for hardware and software previously and will use them again in the future.”

“Fantastic customer service. Had some issues with the product that were all my fault. Received a call out of hours to help me resolve it which I really appreciated (although felt rather foolish as it was my own daft fault). will have no hesitation in dealing with them again in the future. A star.”

“KAD-2BT amplifier was delivered promptly and I am very pleased with it. Sound is much the same as more expensive amps I have owned, but this unit gives me USB, SD and Bluetooth input options, which all work fine.”
