“Very keenly priced high quality (Knauf earth wool) insulation. I docked one star because the initial delivery date slipped by about a week, and they tried to re-deliver the order the next day! They were good keeping in contact via email.”

“Was not told about delivery date until driver was 1 hour away. Luckily i was at home that day. On querying this I was told an E-Mail and text had been sent informing me but I checked again and had not received either of them. The Driver told me it was a common occurrence that that people where not informed regarding delivery. One item was missing but this was resolved fairly quickly. Otherwise everything was ok, the driver helpful and parts delivered safely with only minor damage at edges.”

This was sent out however it can sometimes get blocked by spam filters or server level restrictions that we have no control over. With regards to your text message. Its possible that the number we had in our system for text messages was incorrect. We are looking into this for you.
