“Hi, when the boards were delivered they were wrapped with tape, which when removed took off the aluminium covering on the board. Also the corners had the aluminium covering creased. The covering was not repairable and had to make do with what was sent. Not great and wasnt happy but the boards were required that day to finish a job.”

“Very disappointed, quality of product was terrible. Tried to complain and was offered £10 back when 40% of the boards were damaged and couple out of 10 were water damaged as well. Then you have nit offered any compensation yourselves”

“I was considering products for insulating between the joists of a garage ceiling to stop heat loss from a completed attic conversion directly above the (cold) garage. I wanted a better understanding of cost/benefit of products & the thickness variations, so made contact with various suppliers. The area was 32m2. I was given excellent advice by all suppliers, but Insulation4Less just seemed the most responsive and helpful and their prices looked the most competitive. I decided to use Rockwool Flexi as it had good thermal properties, came as a ‘slab’ and, due to its compression fit, would be easiest to install in an overhead application. I chose 140 thick, (set level with underside of the 170mm deep joists, giving a 30mm air gap above, providing added acoustic benefits). I was very grateful for the advice and excellent service, including the quick 2 week delivery.”
