“I made an order over 2 weeks ago and so far received only half of it. Several phone calls and email were simply ignored. Finally, after further phone call, I received email saying that my expected delivery date for the rest of my order is 16/10/2020 (16 days after I placed my order!). Today is 17/10/2020 and still haven't received my items! Very poor organisation! Where is my order?!”

“I bought some material for my roof for more than 2 months and I still did not receive some parts also I can not finish the roof without that item, I contact several time to supplier and speak with Darren regarding that, Darren told me item should be with me 12-10-20 but still waiting also the supplier cut off their telephone number so I can not chase up anymore! the funniest part is I contact them before I order and I said everything is in stock which is a big lie!!!! that's a shame! I would like to return everything as it's worthless to keep some material which is I can not use it but the supplier refuses to refund or send me the part which is missing.”

“What a great company and service. I would prefer you use local stockists, but they were particularily unhelpful! (a national company). Found the product I wanted with insulation4less, ordered, rang and checked a query with them, the product was delivered. What more could I want, keep up the good work :)”

“This is great insulation at a good price. Delivery time was quick and the Sales people were very quick to update me on the delivery time. The delivery driver even helped me offload the insulation sheets!!”

“I ordered Celotex and they sent me some other branded product. Customer service for delivery was good which is why its 3* and not 1* for sending an inferior product.”

“Goods arrived on time but with damage. I did email to say that I'd have to replace a couple of sheets and someone got back to me to say they'd look into it. I have not heard anything since.”

“The product and ordering online was fine,was impressed with the tracking so I could keep an eye on what time it was being delivered.As I was not at address I was able to track and get there a few minutes before delivery,shame when the driver opened truck up it was not on the vehicle,he rang the dispatch office. He was told to clear it off his hand held device for delivery details,I was expecting a call just to apologize and a re-delivery date.Never got one untill the next day off another driver to say he was outside the address to deliver goods.Driver was very good and helpfull, I was just a little annoyed that there was no contact before hand to arrange time/day ect.I was satisfied with the goods though so not all bad and i would use again.”

“the goods were fine and there was clear communication from the central office however the driver made absolutely no attempt to maintain distance and insisted I sign for the delivery, (using his pen). I am in a vulnerable group and am shielding, I told him to maintain two metres distance but he ignored me. He needs raining”

“though service and delivery was efficient and at a good price, the boards were all slightly damaged,and as they are going to visible this was not good, I also enquired about painting them with emulsion I was told they could not be painted, if they are first treated with an acid etching fluid they will take an emulsion paint,this may be of use if you get the same question. roger gardiner.”
