“Excellent quality, the product is what it is, and great for the job, cuts easy, 2.4 m a bit unwieldy on your own. Only downside is the free 'snow' from cutting but hey it's Christmas after all”

“You buy discount insulation expecting boards with the odd bit of damage, been lying around in a warehouse forever, etc. Was pleasantly surprised to find brand new, shrink wrapped packs manufactured within a couple of weeks of supply.”

“Proactive communication could have been a lot better. Missed expected delivery date, didn't let me know so I turned up to install to find insulation not there. Very helpful when I called them. Delivery turned up next week but products delivered were not Celotex as ordered but another brand. This was not discussed with me in advance. I turned up to install it to find it was a different brand, and having already wasted one trip to site I had to install it although I wasn't very happy with the quality. I know there were supply issues, but talk to customers and discuss what's going on and you'll keep them much happier.”

“Orders 100mm but quick communication to say only 50mm in warehouse. They supplied double to amount very quickly giving us time to install over the weekend before the groundsmen were to concrete over. Thank you for speedy delivery”
