“Great product our only main is it wasn’t delivered when you said it would be and when I phoned to find out why it wasn’t delivered I was told that you had no control over delivery and she told me she would find out but never got back to me. It was delivered a week later with no notification of it coming, fortunately we were in to take delivery,”

“Insulation4less and their product I'm pleased with. Their delivery partner not so much. Delivery was delayed the first time as a single driver turned up and couldn't unload it by himself. So the delivery was rescheduled for a few days later but with a moffett truck. On the 2nd delivery attempt, again a single driver and no moffett turned up. The delivery office just told the driver to leave again so it would have been another delay. Thankfully though the driver decided to wait 15 mins for me to return home as luckily I was just coming back from work. So fortunately the 2nd attempt was successful but only due to the driver being kind enough to wait for me.”

“Boards arrived battered with tapered edges and corners broken and surface heavily scratched. Boards were intended to be tape and joined but not sure they can be used as a finished surface now.”

The order was delivered on 12/10 and you have only brought the issue to our attention today. “Decent quality insulation, excellent price (I paid about half the price it was at Wickes) good communication from customer service, delivered quickly and free - friendly driver who got the delivery done even though it was difficult to park and access with the Moffit truck. Very good service.”
