About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Over all very happy, but they need to tighten up on stock availability. first I could have black, but the shelf was empty then I could have grey but the shelf was empty, but black was back, so I went for black and yes the shelf was empty , so I got grey don't know from what shelf.”

“Ordered a pair of Motogirl Kevlar jeans from infinity which was not the right size (u never know with bike trousers). Emailed customer services who were super helpful with my return. Got my new jeans in a matter of days which fit perfect.”

“I ordered a helmet which was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was a different colour to the same model that I had seen in the Camberley store. The return was dealt with very quickly, staff were extremely helpful.”

“I was sent the wrong item. Refunded upon return but not refunded the postage charge. I accept that mistakes can be made but its disappointing to charge the customer for errors made at dispatch. Good lesson learned.”

“After coming back to biking after a 15 year break I needed a whole new set of kit…..boots, trousers, jacket, gloves, helmet…..the lot. I spoke to the very helpful staff at Infinity and they sorted all the kit for me and even arranged an additional discount to their already very competitive prices. The sizes that I didn’t need were very easy to return….in all fantastic service, I can thoroughly recommend Infinity……and a big thank you to Ashleigh for sorting everything out and making my return to biking so easy!”
