About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“This company is so damn good. Staffed by enthusiasts, great customer focus and keen pricing. This is my 'go-to' shop for motorcycle gear. Returns process is snappy and fast.”

“Well packaged and quick delivery. A small issue with some stock, but representative from Infinity rang me to apologise and send part order, with item not in stock to follow, even though I said to them they could wait until all the order was in stock. I received the other item very shortly afterwards. I must say the customer service was excellent. Made the purchase experience a happy one, would definitely use this company again. Thank you Infinity Motorcycles.”

“I have made a few purchases online with Infinity Motorcycles as there isn't a shop close enough to me. There service is next to perfect, I have had no issues and the gear I have bought has been great quality and always packed well. I will continue to use them and maybe one day call into the York Store. Thank you.”

“Great products at great prices and delivered on-time. Unfortunately it was faulty on arrival but the warranty team are dealing with it. I am very pleased with the after sales service provided by the warranty team and look forward to receiving my goods in due course.”
