About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Bought motorbike boots for£180.00 Zip went on them after little use due to vovid but were out of warenty by 5 months. Offered a reduction on new boots, but whos to say they wouldnt break as well. Very dissapointed with the overal service, after all bike boots are meant for hard wear not a few months use. Dont buy buy expensive stuff that appears to be seconds.”

“Just been into infinity at York with my wife to select a new bike jacket / gloves for her ,was very impressed with the selection of bike gear and purchased a few extras too , nice set of down to earth and very helpful lads working there , selling good quality kit at a good price (and I’m a Yorkshire lad who appreciates a bargain) wife enjoyed the experience too , x mass sorted another satisfied customer 👍”

“My husband and I visited the Southampton store for the first time last week and couldn't have been made more welcome or looked after any better. I went home with everything I needed (unusual as ladies kit is so hard to find), and with a grin from ear to ear. If only all shopping was so much fun. Thank you”

“Brilliant people and very helpfull couldn't do enough ..l went there from a recommendation of a family member, starting to get into biking after years and years out and didn't know exactly what I would need so much more than there used to be for sport biker , everdayer or the casual weekend dry weather guy , Chris came over and everything was a lot easier from fit to my requirements excellent bloke as are the rest of the team there at York made it easier helmet jacket and boots few bits more yet!! .. Thank you for the help.. would highly recommend”

“I have used Infinity Farnborough for years and feel nowadays it's hard to find somewhere with really excellent staff and friendly/professional service. Everytime I have been in recently over the last couple years, the staff have been very friendly and helpful. They're never too eager to make you buy something for the sake of it but are great at giving reccomendations and advice when needed or asked. I think the staff at the Farnborough store are a big part in making it the best place to go in the area for any bike related kit and thanks to thier friendly and professional attitude I have always felt like a valued customer when I leave the store. The shop staff deserve to know their customer service is top notch and noticed by me, and I am sure by plenty of other customers. Thanks again”

“Great customer service and prices. Disappointed that I was told it would be next day but wasn’t. Not too bothered by that but where they do lose points in the packaging. Shocking. Was literally just a postal bag. Other that’s that, they’re great. No Sportsbikeshop.com mind you…”

“Haven’t been riding for twenty plus years. Thought I’d visit Infinity motorcycles in Farnborough, so pleased I did...... My shopping experience from start to finish was fantastic, the advice I was given, the selection and availability, the time I was allowed to think about my purchase (never rushed and always on hand if required). This was down to fantastic customer service and someone who cares, thank-you HENRY at Farnborough store”
