About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Nothing was too much trouble for the guys at the York shop. I purchased a pair of Motogirl Lara cargo pants and changed my mind twice in respect of the leg length. They humoured my bad decisions with great patience and returned and reordered as necessary. Really good lads, thank them enough.”

“I made and online order for a helmet, which had unfortunately shown as in stock when it actually wasn't. I had a phone call from infinity and after offering an alternative (a very very fair offer!), they have left me very very pleased with their service!! I will shop with them again for sure.”

“Having just got back into biking, I spoke to a friend and she recommended infinity at Christchurch. Having been there i can now see why she recommended it, great customer service, combined with great knowledge of products. They spent a lot of time with me, measuring me for the correct helmet size and explaining the differences between the various brands and styles of helmets and prices. Having been given the information I needed , I could go home and do my own research. I was so impressed I went back today and ordered a jacket and I will definitely go back to get other kit . Thanks infinity for all your help.”
