About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Very good service, i’m well pleased, made a purchase on line and had it in 3 days, my wife went into the holborn store to buy my xmas prezzie and the staff went above and beyond to help her make the right purchases, would thoroughly reccomend using this company.”

“I have bought from the Glasgow store and the guys in there are awesome! No sales push, just solid advice. I also bought from the website and needed to call their customer service line about something that I wanted to return. The lady I spoke with was super friendly and very helpful. The return process was flawless.”

“Everything was fine about the process but the Resurgence jeans came with one knee armour lining ripped. I decided to lash this together as it was slightly reduced for Black Friday and last in stock. Next day I rode with the jeans and the other knee lining split - some defect in material or construction. Fairly happy with my bodged jeans but I'd rather have not had them fall apart on first contact.”

“Brilliant place to shop from. I got a new set of gear online. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Months after my purchase, turns out the heated gloves I received had a fault. Customer service was fantastic and the returns department replaced everything for me under warranty.”

“To my ongoing delight, Infinity Motorcycles appears to be incapable of not being helpful, especially to such over-excited and inattentive customers as myself! Most recently, kind, considerate staff at Infinity's online outfit cheerfully agreed to take back the too-small Oxford cover for my smallish 1969 CB175K3 (SS) that I'd bought more than two months earlier. (said cover tried just once on the bike) These generous Souls of Infinity then sent me the next size-up cover, permitting me to pay the GBP 5 difference. The result? Apparently, you've now got an uncle named Robert!”
