About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Item arrived 2 days after ordering so very happy. My only minor grumble would be Infinity's choice of Parcelforce as the carrier. I would have preferred DPD as their App is superb and the drivers are super helpful - not grumpy...”

“Not a motorcycle person myself but because of the appalling weather decided to buy my daughter some waterproof trousers. Having never heard of infinity motorcycles I took a chance. Very reasonably priced and great quality. They not only keep her dry but also warm. Dispatched the same day and received the next. Had no reason to contact them. Would definitely use again!”

“Great service fro. Infinity bikes. Asked for a price match on the Cardo Edge duo, they did this within 24hrs. I wasn't sure how to sort the finance out so a quick call to them talked me through what to do. Web page said 6 month 0% however when I went through with the purchase I got 24 months at 0% bonus. Purchased and delivered within a couple of days”

“Very quick delivery, but of the wrong helmet. I bought a Bell Bullitt helmet Medium size. The helmet that arrived was a Large size in a Medium labelled box. Something Infinity should have checked before dispatch. Rather than endure the hassle of returning the helmet to unpick their error, I will keep it as it is a close enough fit. I emailed them to tell them of their error but have received no reply.”

“Ordered item only showing as in stock ! Email from Infinity to say it’s not in stock . Checking website and it’s still showing item as in stock ! Now they have my money and I cant get the item from another supplier!!”
