About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Excellent shop to deal with. Bought jacket online which unfortunately didn't fit. Returned for no quibbles refund which was processed quickly. Would have full confidence to buy from this shop, staff very helpful with prompt responses.”

“Purchased a new winter jacket, but unfortunately it was faulty (leaking in the rain). Contacted the branch in Southampton where I purchased it, exchanged for another with no hassle. Excellent customer service from Infinity Southampton!”

“I bought helmet, and full RST textile kit every thing came quickly and at a great price, trousers where returned for a smaller size. I spoke to a member of staff were very helpful and polite and explained how to return. Trousers were swopped with no hassle and later that month I received a voucher which was a nice surprise and bought some more gloves. Can’t recommend them highly enough and will buy from them again. 😊 thanks”

“I bought a Shoei Neotec 2 helmet last month. The staff at the Norwich branch were very helpful but more importantly they were very knowledgeable. Head safety shouldn't be compromised and expert advice is very important. When you spend a lot of money on a helmet you need to get it right. The staff helped with fitting, ordered a different insert and phoned to say it was ready to fit. Really good customer service. Not surprisingly they are now my 'go-to' clothing supplier.”

“Ordered a pair of boots late on Sunday night and had them at my door by noon Tuesday. Basically next day given they only got the order Monday morning. Couldn't be happier with how quick the delivery was. And it was free!”

“Bought a muc off pressure washer and cleaning bundle. Not only was it a LOT cheaper but this came with free postage. Ordered on the Thursday came Saturday morning. Good email information from Infinity updating order, dispatch and delivery. Great service folks many thanks.”

“Ordered some richa gear online but the arm and leg lengths were too long, went to the York store and spoke to the very knowledgeable guys there, found a rukka jacket that fitted but the matching trousers weren't my size and none in stock, staff managed to find me a pair of last years design somewhere in the country and had them posted next day to me, brilliant service and 10% off, well recommended.”
