About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Visited store yesterday about buying new leather jacket and getting replacement main zip to my old jacket,Steve Mc took time to call about out of stock new jacket and then sorted getting my old jacket sent for repair, many thanks, top guy !”

“Once the item had been processed (I think it was 3 days), it came next day which I was very pleased with. The helmet is superb, best open face helmet I've owned, and I've had a few in 50 years of motorcycling. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely buy again from Infinity.”

“I was satisfied with the quick delivery, but as I inspected the item it was clear that the item had been unpacked before. As this was a gift I had to make sure that the beeline was operative, fortunately it operates fine and all the accessories were in the box.”

“Bought a new pair of boots from the Clapham store via online purchasing - and the first time I tried them on the bike I realized that they weren't suitable for me. Took them back to the store ( in an as new condition) and the guys were super helpful. Absolutely no issue with changing them. Gave me very good advice on the correct boots and I just paid the difference. Brilliant service! Highly recommend this store.”

“Incredibly knowledgeable chap called Adam helped my partner and I get all the gear we need for our bikes. He knew everything there was to know about all the gear in the store, and he spent about 3 hours with us going through different safety ratings, different fits, checking our helmets were right for us and making sure we got the gear we needed for the intended use. He stuck to our budget, showed us a bunch of different options and saved us money where he could. I couldn't recommend Infinity motorcycles and Adam S enough.”

“After many years without a bike I had the task of having to completely renew from top to bottom - helmet, jacket, gloves, trousers and boots. The choice at Farnborough is extensive and covers all budgets but what really stood out was the attentive service from the staff. No sales pressure and patience in abundance, despite my hundred and one questions as things have moved on tremendously since I last kitted out. Thank you Josh!”
