About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Great place to buy your gear. Prices are reasonable and will price match if you can buy cheaper at another shop. Can't be faier than that. Also, if not in stock they will order and both items that I needed cam with 2 or 3 days. Well recommended. Give these guys a try. Im sure you wont be dissappointef.”

“The delivery is done by PARCELFORCE which never leave the items at my flat door and even though I pay for delivery I have to drive 12 miles to their Depot and collect my purchase and because of it I won’t be buying online in the future”

Hi Paul, We apologise for not being able to meet your expectations on this occasion. I have discussed your enquiry with our online sales team and our online sales manager, Mike said he contacted you to offer you the same pair of gloves but in a different colour the day after you purchased. I understand that this isn't the product that you have ordered and I apologise again that the gloves that you ordered were not in stock. “I enjoy buying products from Infinity Motorcycles, but they use ParcelForce for deliveries. Seriously, one of the worst companies for this kind of service. Not going to buy again from Infinity Motorcycle if ParcelForce continues to be used as a delivery company, sorry. /A”

Hi, You are welcome to return or exchange the gloves if they do not fit you. Please ensure the packaging and labels are attached to the gloves. I can send you a returns form and returns label for you to send the item back to us, if you would like? Thanks Danielle
