About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Excellent products at competitive prices. Delivery is quick and efficient. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing - the customer service team were really helpful, refunding the wrong item and sorting out quick delivery of the correct one for me. Super helpful!”

“I recently bought an item from Infinity Motorcycles for the first time. The process was made extremely easy by Mike who provided perhaps the best customer service that I've ever experienced in over 60 years. Nothing was too much trouble and an innovative way was found to overcome a glitch we stumbled upon in the ordering process. I will certainly be a return customer shortly.”

“item was due to arrive on Thursday 9th November. It is now Monday 13th November and none of the three items have arrived. I called customer service who said that they will look into this. Will never use this unreliable company again.”

“I brought a Scorpion 490 exo online today from infinity the experience itself was pretty good but, I have a few gripes, and here is my experience. When shopping around for a helmet, I was after a helmet with as much anti-fog as possible so this meant a breath guard and a pre-installed pinlock under £200. Anything else was bonus. I brought the scorpion exo 490 and it did say that it was "pinlock enabled". And had all the remainder of the features I was looking for. And when it arrived it was perfect and as promised. However, after I brought the helmet I got an awful feeling when I looked on the website. The model up from mine had been reduced and was the same price. With infinities no-helmet returns I couldn't exchange it. I missed out on a few of the newer features and worst of all the newer model the exo 590 had the pinlock included. Major buyers remorse. Also meant I'd have to cough up some more money for a pinlock which was annoying being a student.”

Hi Ethan, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do have a 90-day returns policy for all. However, the helmet has not to have been worn on the bike and for a long period of time. As you are purchasing online customers need to see if the helmet is the correct size etc. You are still within the time frame to exchange this helmet if you wish to do so.
