About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Great store , i always purchase my motorcycle gear from the Chiswick store , thanks to luke the store manager great guy , i purchased a pair of boots and then they had issues, luke helped me with the warranty and sorted me out without any hassles. This review is for the drifter ls2 helmet which i purchased online and got a link to give a review , the helmet was sent in good and excellent condition, this was my first online order with infinity, point is order online or visit the store infinity motorcycles wont disappoint ! 5 stars 🌟 and you even get points on every purchase and discount codes which give u discounts on future purchases !”

“I was served by Josh at the Southampton branch, what a credit to the company he is, a really nice, friendly and helpful guy who also price matched the helmet I wanted to buy. Overall very pleased with the shop, the products, the prices and in particular Josh, thanks.”

“Wow, the guys at Infinity are on it . My local motorcycle shop have be so vague out my Richa jacket order that I had cancel. With my tour of Scotland in a couple of weeks I ordered from Infinity and my Richa arrived the day after I ordered it. I was amazed. Top work Infinity, Thank you.”

“The second time I’ve used Infinity and I’m very pleased. Great price, great delivery, reassuring Returns and great products. Mark’s packaging skills ensured the Pinlock visor insert was prestine on arrival. When I pass by to meet my mate in Wallingford I will visit and warmly shake their hand”

“Fantastic service from Steve at Infinity Southampton. Problems with helmet comm's unit resolved. Very dissatisfied with the product when I walked in, but walked out very happy that all was resolved. Very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“The help I received by Amy was fantastic. Haven't been on a bike for 10 years and needed new everything. Need help with my helmet fitting as was unsure on size fitment. Then went above and beyond and helped with other items of clothing. Nothing was a bother for her. Once again thank you Amy.”

“Over the last 2 months I have place various orders for a number of different items ranging from intercoms, boots and motorcycle covers. The quality on all products purchased was fantastic, very well presented, dispatched and received. The online customer support was exemplary, efficient and professional, their understanding and patience was second to none, had I not had their support I would have either ordered erroneously or not at all, so thank you, big thankyou to Mike and his team, stars all of them, excellent service. Only negative (from a constructive point) is the overseas shipping fee which I feel was on the high side as other shops ship for much less, perhaps that's an area that could be reviewed, especially if you are placing a small order. That said, I was happy to pay the fee given the service and products. I will be re-ordering in the future with out a doubt, great company to deal with. Thank you.”
