About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“I always buy from this company. Great prices, great service and, above all, superb people. Its lovely to have the chance to try on kit and chew the cud with the guys there which you'll never get on the Internet. Add to that the fact that the price is ultra competitive. Win/Win in my book.”

“Order placed online. Prompt delivery. Item packaging damaged, item parts missing and faulty. Called customer service and reported issues found. Responding person attempted to account problems with the item to being old, outdated model (!!?). Later received proposal by email for fixing the issues by shipping helmet back, get fixed and return to me. Summary: it is clear that seller has no goods out quality check in place at all. I did not trust the seller personnel to let them work on safety equipment at all.”

“Item I received was damage but original postage was very prompt and the returns process was very simple and stress free and I received my refund very quickly”

“My Problem. Turned out to be Me. I received my new crash helmet. Had real trouble trying to fit the Pinlock ( Which was a first for me ) Phoned them I was handed over to one of their Guys who was up to speed with my sort of problem. The Result. I was asked to Free return it, which I did. They Emailed me back 2 days after I had posted it to them. It was all fitted and done. I got it back the day after the Email. Summery. I got it on a Tuesday. Returned it on Wednesday. Email on Friday. Delivered back to me on Saturday. If that is not above and beyond customer service, I don't know what is. I have dealt with them a few time's and speaking to them and what they do to help is second to none. A good bunch of Guys and Galls”

“My initial order of a Dainese Tempest 2 D-Dry Jacket Black/Tour Red showed in stock online however shortly after placing the order I was contacted to say this was an error and the item had been discontinued and no stock was available. I was disappointed to say the least until Mike Spinks (Online Manager) made contact. Mike explained the situation and offered me the latest version of the jacket while honouring the original price I paid. Mike even arranged for a specific colourway to be shipped direct from the supplier. I would highly recommend Infinity Motorcycles and cannot fault Mike’s excellent customer service, thanks Mike.”
