About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Ordered and paid for a Motorbike helmet from Infinity Motorcycles. Customer Service was excellent, I received an email from Mike saying that they had none of the size in that I wanted and he refunded my money immediately. Quick and Easy transaction. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I went in to the Belfast store to look for a helmet that I saw on the website, I spoke to a member of staff who’s name I didn’t get, (English accent, Tattoos on his arms) real nice guy, they didn’t have the helmet I wanted in my size, so the staff member advised me to order off the website, I went to my car, went on to infinity’s website, I ordered the helmet around 2:30pm it arrived with me the very next day, UNBELIEVABLE! I always find the staff extremely polite and go out of their way to help, amazing staff.”

“Always my go to place for motorcycle gear. Always reasonably priced and if you do manage to find a cheaper price they offer price match. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Recommended.”

“I ordered a jacket and the size was wrong for me, I was able to return to Infinity and they sent a different jacket, although the wrong size was sent again, the correct size arrived the next day. Customer service is excellent and I will continue to use Infinity for all of my gear.”

“Ordered some items online which were not suitable. Returned via my local Infinity Motorcycles store. Everything went smoothly as expected. My only niggle is that I was sent an email to say my return was being processed but I didn't get an email to notify me that I had been refunded. The only way I could confirm was by checking my credit statement every day.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback on our returns process. We notify you once we have received your return and when we process your refund, however, we are unable to notify you when your funds have been returned to you. The process can take up to 5 working days, and this period differs depending on your bank. Kind regards, Jonah
