About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Friendly, helpful staff in store and when on phone. Husband bought a helmet off them recently and they gave him time to try on a couple with explanations of their covid procedures. I ordered gloves online to collect. The only hitch was that I didn't get an email to say they were ready for collection. I did phone a couple of weeks later to ask and they were ready. The staff were extremely helpful in keeping them until I could get to store before Christmas. I got a courtesy call to let them know they were still being kept when I didn't manage to get in to collect them when arranged. Great service”

“Shop staff & online staff are brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Helped my son get a correct fitting helmet after the the first one didn’t fit. As he had an odd shaped head and wanted a Particular brand.”

“I have been shopping with Infinity for a few years and find them to be a solid and reliable retailer. The product range is good, and the pricing is fair, with the infinity points rewards system being an added benefit. Online delivery is always fast and well packaged. Instore, customer service is friendly and helpful, particularly Hanger Lane where Millie and her colleague have been great. The reason I take off one star is based on issues to do with some persistent issues to do with purchasing - 1) the website keeps on showing items that are out of stock and I have had my order cancelled being told the item was out of stock while it was sold out - sort this out! 2) They offer a price match but sometimes despite meeting allrequirements they do not do it. I had a valid request rejected for a £1.50 difference! 3) there was a mismatch in description of the jeans I purchased. I was correct and most other shops would have accepted it and offered a goodwill item (the thigh pads) or at a discount but no joy here. If they get these things right I hope to return to Infinity again.”
