About Infinity Motorcycles:

Infinity Motorcycles was established in 1999 by Rob Puttick and Dave Holloway, both veterans of the UK motorcycle trade. From humble beginnings in a former bank on the North Circular in London, Infinity Motorcycles now has 14 branches, from Glasgow to Southampton, and an online department, employing a total of around 150 people.

Everyone likes a bargain, but we try and make sure we offer a bit more too. Our staff turnover is low and we invest more in staff training than anyone else we know of in the bike trade - we don't think these two facts are mutually exclusive! Infinity Motorcycles takes Customer Service seriously. So Dave and Rob still want to hear from you about your experience of shopping with us, good or bad.

“Web site does not function well . Could not select click and collect or pay pal . Had to choose delivery which was very slow . Web site showed a photo of a crash helmet instead of the cruise control listed . Correct items did arrive.”

“The staff are knowledgeable and know their products. They offered me good advice. Good selection of sizes and the ability to pull from other shops. I like the ability to seeing the products before purchasing and interaction with the staff. Don't buy online help the shops stay and keep jobs on the high street.”

“Excellent service all round. The ordering process couldn't be simpler online. My items were despatched very quickly, and I was very happy with the service all-round. I am very impressed with Infinity! I also want to compliment the Norwich Infinity store on how helpful they were when I bought a jacket. I have bought items from other moto vendors online and Infinity is the very best. Highly recommended!”

“Excellent service again, I purchased the Oxford waterproof overtrousers which were too big, and Infinity sent a pre-paid returns label with the package. Returned & two days later received the replacements with no fuss. Would recommend Infinity & would definitely purchase from them again. Thank you again.”
