“Excellent service from start to finish, directions easy to follow, check in very quick. We were taken to the airport within a few minutes of arriving at the carpark. The drop off is a 5 minute walk from the airport, but we could have paid £5 to be taken to the door, we declined this as it was a nice day and we had plenty of time before our flight. On our return we were collected from the drop off point within 5 minutes. All staff were very polite and helpful, we would definitely use the service again if we fly from Liverpool.”

“I have used this service several times. Quick easy and convenient. Can highly recommend them. the only downside is the collection point on your return is a bit of a walk. Ok if weather is good. This is not company's fault though it's new airport regulations that have forced them out of the drop off point unless you pay £4 fee.”

“We have used in2 car parks for many years and always been highly satisfied in the past. Would have given 5 * if drop off point had not been changed to further away although appreciate additional recent costs instigated the drop off point change . We will use them again despite new drop off point as they have always been reliable.”

“I could not find your place as instructions were unclear due to site and road works. I phoned 3 times and gave up after getting answerphone. Your efficient service cost me £130 extra in the airport car park.”

“Trip to the airport there was 6 of us in the minibus, driver never offered us the option to pay to go onto the airport and dropped us off on a carpark the other side of the roundabout, it was quite a walk with luggage to get to the airport. On our return when we phoned to say we had arrived back we requested driver to pick us up on the airport and we paid the £5. Maybe this could be an option when booking. Apart from that we were happy with the service provided and would definitely book with you again”

“Great service, good value for money. The only issue we had was our own fault, we used the postcode to get to the carpark and went round in circles for a bit, we should have followed the written directions on the confirmation email instead. All staff we dealt with were friendly and professional.”
