“Easy to find easy to park, using blue badge”

“Will never use again. Picked others up who called after us and left us waiting 45 mins at 11pm. Watching the transit come and go collecting others and not us was the last straw. They need more than 1 van. Also, you have to pay £5 extra to be dropped at the airport (and again the same to be picked up) otherwise the 'short'walk they say is actually a long trek. Complained when we finally got picked up and the guy just bad mouthed the company and his colleagues, terrible service will never use again no matter how cheap they are.”

I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, the official drop off point has been forced upon us by the airport. We will speak to the team that were working on your return as they should not be making you feel like you are receiving terrible service.

“All in all, a good value service. It may have been useful to be informed in advance how far the walk was from the drop off to the terminal. It wasn't a problem for us, but we do have relatives for whom it wouldn't have been easy.”

“Very good service. But didn’t know we had a walk to the airport from the drop off -10 mins - we would have brought a jacket next time . But cannot fault the service and cost.”

“Excellent efficient service, we pulled into the car park and were taken almost immediately to the airport. On return we rang as we were leaving the airport terminal and by the time we walked to the pick-up point we just had a few minutes to wait. Both drivers were friendly.”
