“The directions sent to us to find the car park were out of date. Quite a walk from drop off to airport departure terminal & Same on return. We had to wait a while to be picked up at the end of our holiday. Car had lots of mud spray around wheel arches.”

“Waited ages for pick up van over loaded with luggage stacked up when boot opened my case fell to the floor was stacked high and cracked case not happy was a new case”

“Have used this car park for about 15yrs but this year the price has almost doubled and they don’t drop you off by the yellow submarine anymore, you have a 10min walk from another car park because it costs £5 to drop off there ! Disappointing.”

“I have used in2 car parks many times and they have always been brilliant at what they do and continue to still provide the excellent service to this date. I recently used them a couple of weeks ago and I arrived in a different vehicle to what I booked.This was not an issue at all.Also on the same booking I arrived home a day late and agin this was no issue at all. I can not recommend in 2 car parks enough .They take care of your car and it is waiting for you when you return to there office by the free mini bus . Regards Ste”

“Good drop off service, but on return was told it’d be 5 minutes so waited outside @ the blue bus stop which was full . So was in the rain & then was told minibus was full unfortunately so had 2,wait another 10 minutes in the rain, which was a bit annoying as we we’re paying the extra £5 to get picked up @ the paying car park rather than get wet walking 2 the free car park , which turned out to be a waste of money as we got wet waiting to be picked up”

“Drop car off No waiting straight on the bus Airport within 10 minutes of arriving. At car park Arrived back At airport Call number To be picked up. Walk to designated area. Waited two minutes for bus Excellent service Car was brought out Say again, excellent service. Have you used a couple of times”
