“In2CarParks are amazing and provide a really good service. They are polite and provide an easy shuttle service to Liverpool airport. I have used 10 times over the past several years whenever I have travelled from Liverpool and I would highly recommend and I will continue I use them going forward”

“I suppose it’s what you pay for , but I won’t be using them again .. terrible customer service and one of the staff was just rude! Still a ten minute walk to the airport from a drop off in one of the far car parks….. I will just use public transport in future!”

“Not good, website says dropped at terminal not a 5 min walk away with 3 cases 2 kids and a pram, on retun at 2am rang to say we were in the arrivals terminal told to walk to the "free" pickup point in the rain with cases kids etc had to wait 25 min considering it's only a 5 min drive ? Driver then offered to put 11 people including children (sat on knees) in an 8 seater mini bus but the man with 2 children who'd already been waiting 15 min refused. Not a good service.”

“On returning at 2am to a rainy Liverpool With luggage and three tired kids under 11 we were told to start walking to meet the driver. We explained we had been dropped off in the car park and asked to return there and call when we arrived for collection. We were told we had been expected the previous day and to start walking up the road to meet the driver. 15 mins later after walking and following the instructions and three call that went unanswered we were told to walk back to the car park where someone was waiting for us. I’d never use this service again. A complete shambles the staff on the phone need to adjust their attitudes.”
