“For some reason my car had done 1 mile less when I picked it up than when I dropped it off?! I took a picture of the odometer when I dropped the car off to check it wasn’t driven round a lot. Trip counter was also reset. Nobody at the car park would tell me what happened, just tried to laugh it off. They own a garage next door so wouldn’t be surprised if something goes on with cars there. Very Dodgy”

“I have given a low score because my wife struggled to get into the van because the step up was too high. I strongly feel you need to have a mobile step available which people with restricted mobility can use to access the van. Otherwise everything was fine, quick transfer to airport and return was timely too. But the experience put my wife off using you again.”
