“1st drop off was fine as bus was waiting, dropped off in short stay car park(but an extra £5 was charged). On return a 10-15 wait for return bus, but was no problem as it wasn't raining. Overall good value for money for yes I would use again.”

“As previously mentioned in other reviews in2 Car parks will get you to hand over £5 cash when you hand in your car key at their office.This is to drop you off In the airport short stay car park by the yellow submarine. This expense should be included or built into their pricing structure, as the service they provide states drop off and pick up at Liverpool airport. Just be aware to have an extra £5 cash with you (miss selling) The driver informed me that they can no longer drop you off anywhere else! As also previously mentioned in other reviews, I unfortunately arrived back at 01.30hrs in the morning and experienced the obligatory 30 minute wait for courtesy transit mini bus to arrive. I wasn't the first out of the airport being a family of 4, so it was already busy collecting and dropping off existing in2 carparks customers and of course It was lightly raining. It would be nice if they had more than 1 minibus also the driver didn't assist with loading/unloading of cases from the vehicle, he actually made sure he took a wide berth from you to ensure he didn't get involved. My vehicle had done 0.65miles by the time I returned to it, so they obviously park it elsewhere and shuffle vehicles about. Pleased to report my vehicle wasn't covered in seagull muck on my return which had been highlighted by other reviewers. The online booking form needs an Overhaul as it doesn't ask you your flight no. and then on the booking confirmation it states flight no. not supplied, emailed my flight number but got no reply or confirmation. All this said I would use in2 Car parks again as it is good value for money.”

“All good, paid a little extra due to new system to be dropped off right outside the airport...but well worth it, no walking ! Bus was there when we arrived at pick up point right outside airport arrivals and taken 5 mins (at most) back to car park. All good, will use again.”

“Arrival and transfer to airport went very smoothly,party of 10 of us,return trip from airport very busy even though 1.30am,driver worked very hard tho could have done with an extra transfer vehicle as around 20/25 people needing collecting van held 8 people..there was also a£5 drop off fee which we had not been informed about.,have used before and will probably use again.”

“When we first arrived there were a lot of people waiting to get on the mini bus in the rain. A shelter would be beneficial so people can wait away from the rain. On returning the transfer took quite a time to arrive to collect and only just fitted all the passengers in 1 vehicle”

“Easy drop off location close to the airport, short wait for transfers. Great value, the drop off and collection point could be better as you have about a 7 minute walk to the terminal. Would use again.”

“I parked with In2carpark plenty times now, always good price and service but sometimes for pickup from Airport to take you back to the car you need to wait un pick up place up to 30min - that should be improved. Anything else all great.”

“Overall good, although a mini was waiting for us when we retured from our holiday, there wasnt enough room to take us for our car. We had to wait for approx 15mins for the mini bus to return to collect us. Other than that a good service. Polite staff”
