“Always good service but had to wait a lot longer last time I used you, flight didn’t come in till 11pm so was a bit chilly waiting for pick up. But will use again.”

“Great company to use. There’s been a change since we last used them as they no longer drop you off opposite the entrance and instead now it’s a 5 minute walk. We were ok when we were dropped off going on holiday as it was dry but on our return it was raining and we were soaked by the time we got on the mini bus. Totally understand due to the charge of £5 to drop off.”

“We were dealt with very efficiently when we dropped off and picked up the car. The mini bus transfer to the airport was relatively short and efficient. The only negative think is that you get dropped off about 500 meters from the terminal which is a bit inconvenient if you have a heavy bag which we did. It would have been very disappointing and inconvenient if it had been raining.”

“Very handy location close to airport. Speedy lift to airport but you are dropped off about 5 minutes walk away which is no problem as easy to follow route to airport entrance. Arrived at 4 in the morning a slight wait for pickup but car was ready and waiting. Friendly service will certainly use them again. Thanks.”

“This is the 2nd time I have used In2. Great service again. Just 1 small hiccup.. Please make it clear to passengers that your Drop Off and Pick up point is number 2 which is a good 3-4 min walk to the terminal building. As it was raining heavily and we had no umbrella, also 1 of the party was unable to walk that far, we had to pay the driver an extra £5.00 to drop us at Drop off 1 which is directly opposite the terminal. However would still use again.”

“A bit put off by the big sign when entering the office, ( We Don’t Accept Any Responsibility For Damage Of Any Kind )+ Had to pay an extra £5 on drop off & £5 on pick up to get picked up inside the airport but everything was fine didn’t have to wait on drop off or pick up, staff very friendly & helpful.”

“Car park was easy to find and my car was in the same condition as I left it. The only negative is that they do not pick up / collect from the front doors of the airport. You are dropped in one of the airport car parks”

“Only issue was the distance to walk when dropped off. If it was raining would have got soaked. He did ask us to pay a pound each to be dropped off right outside. Should slightly increase the price to drop off outside everything. Is would make the service excellent.”
