“Good service but a wee bit slow at pickup”

“The only issue I had was with the pick up, from our flight .. There was no set area for the In2 mini bus to pick up from , so no one knew where to queue . Resulting in a very angry Yorkshire man accusing people of queue jumping ..Some sort of sign is required or instruction of an area of the car park for pick up , outside of the congested area !!”

“Drop off no problems However on are return in heavy rain had to wait 30 mins And when arriving at the collection for my cat they couldn't find my car keys a further 30 minutes wait”

“Quick and easy drop off and we were dropped at the airport within 20 minutes. Return not as great, was told there was one group ahead of us so to expect about a 15 minute wait - watched two other groups leave and waited 45 minutes to be collected. Appreciate there's nothing to be done if it's busy, but if we'd be given a more accurate waiting time we could've stayed inside the airport and stayed warm (given this was 11 at night).”

“Didn't know when booked (it wasn't made clear you need to make this clear) that you had to leave your car keys and they moved your car. But we were pleasantly surprised that it all went smoothly our car was fine minimal mileage done .05 of a mile checked beforehand the mileage. So we'll done In2CarParks very happy customer and would definitely use again.”

“1st time using In2carparks and would defo use again, clse to theairport and prompt pick up on our return, my only gripe is they need to include the £5 charge for drop off area airport charge, 4 couples at £5 each 200% covers the fee ????”

“Have always used this car park when flying from Liverpool and has always been faultless. This time it was a lot more expensive and they charged an extra fiver when I dropped the car off. This they said to drop at the airport rather than the usual 5 minute walk. The bus was full so they must be making loads extra. Will probably stop of using them again.”

“Drop off and pick up was great only waited a few minutes for each. Not too pleased about the extra £5 for express ride to the airport. Should be I the price as you have no option but to pay it.”

“Was very good service. Only problem, no step up into van, so was quite high and my friend struggled and cut her leg trying to get in. A suggestion for future transfers.”
