“Used for the second time had a driver off sick so could not do meet and greet we accepted this, the staff were really helpfull when our car refused to start after 30 days away. This time on our return the bus was full so we had to wait for him to come back for us and another passenger. This was approx 2.30 in the morning after a long day with a flight delay was not at all happy. Will only use in future for long stays.”

“Easy to find, and straight away taken to Airport, on return telephones and had to waiting 10 minutes for pick up due to only 1 x shuttle in circulation, not an issue, would use again.”

“Parked my car here for 4 nights and was very pleased with the service. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but I honestly couldn’t fault them. Easy drop off and a quick lift to the airport was very slick and then I got picked up within 10minutes of phoning to say I has arrived back at the airport. The car was in perfect condition and it was a very easy process to collect my keys. Id definitely use again.”

“Helpful staff Car was looked after even though you have to leave your keys Quick taking us to the airport but returning had to wait about 10 mins which they apologised for Car was waiting on our return, no damage or mileage used Would use again Staff there 24/7 and answer the phone when you ring”

“The only issue I had was with the pick up, from our flight .. There was no set area for the In2 mini bus to pick up from , so no one knew where to queue . Resulting in a very angry Yorkshire man accusing people of queue jumping ..Some sort of sign is required or instruction of an area of the car park for pick up , outside of the congested area !!”

“Drop off no problems However on are return in heavy rain had to wait 30 mins And when arriving at the collection for my cat they couldn't find my car keys a further 30 minutes wait”

“Quick and easy drop off and we were dropped at the airport within 20 minutes. Return not as great, was told there was one group ahead of us so to expect about a 15 minute wait - watched two other groups leave and waited 45 minutes to be collected. Appreciate there's nothing to be done if it's busy, but if we'd be given a more accurate waiting time we could've stayed inside the airport and stayed warm (given this was 11 at night).”

“Didn't know when booked (it wasn't made clear you need to make this clear) that you had to leave your car keys and they moved your car. But we were pleasantly surprised that it all went smoothly our car was fine minimal mileage done .05 of a mile checked beforehand the mileage. So we'll done In2CarParks very happy customer and would definitely use again.”

“1st time using In2carparks and would defo use again, clse to theairport and prompt pick up on our return, my only gripe is they need to include the £5 charge for drop off area airport charge, 4 couples at £5 each 200% covers the fee ????”
