“I gave always used you. But this time was very disappointed with the driver who took us on the 29th. Also I think u need to make it clear re the drop off points. I wasn't aware you had changed your drop off point from next to airport to the other end. I had my father in wheel chair and cases and was unaware I needed to pay 8.00 to get dropped off in park closest to terminal. This should be made clear on your website. Plus if there is more that one family on bus to airport why charge 8.00 per family? .however the guy picking us up on 15th could not be more helpful.”

“AVOID IF YOU CAN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE WHEN DEALING WITH IN PERSON READ OTHER REVIEWS FOR SIMILAR EXPERIENCES GLAD I DID NOT LEAVE MY CAR WITH THEM NO EMAIL CONFORMATION OF BOOKING BUT OUR MONEY WAS TAKEN AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHI WE WERE WHEN WE CALLED AT FIRST”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Every booking that goes through the website receives a confirmation of booking. We are also not aggressive people and have been parking cars for over 16 years at Liverpool airport for thousands of happy customers.

“No problems. Easy to find, pulled up and dealt with immediately. Straight on our way to the terminal building. Upon our return, it was all just as easy. My car did have a lot of bird poo on but can't blame them for that lol.”
