“Good service always use you from flying from liverpool prompt service only down side was the walk from terminal to pick up point not good for anyone who is bad on their legs otherwise good service”

“My son booked Liverpool instead of Luton I was in hospital having a operation at the time when I came out I rang your receptionist & explained & was told I’ll get a refund I’m still waiting 🙏”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. I have checked your booking and can see that the refund has been processed straight away as agreed when you spoke to the receptionist due to the error in booking.

“Used In2CarParks lots of times but since Covid not travelled. We used the car park for the first time in 2 years last week & I was disappointed. We were dropped off far from the airport & if we wanted to be closer there was a £4 additional charge each way. This cost makes your car park on a par with other car parks now. Therefore I’ll shop around”

“I have used In2 Car Parks for more than 10 years now. They have always been reasonable priced, very helpful and even when the car wouldn't start they were ready to help. Would recommend to anyone else looking for parking at Liverpool. Just a short shuttle transfer to the airport. Will continue to use them into the future.”
