“Used the car park for 10 days. Service was great. Dropped off at the airport straight away by the minibus and no delay with pick up either. Our car had the same amount of miles as when we dropped it off which is reassuring after all the stories you read.”

“The staff were friendly and professional. I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay additional £5 which wasn’t mentioned during booking. Also our car had scratches on front and rear bumper. We are considering to use taxi next time. I have not been in touch with the company because I don’t have any photos before we parked the car.”

“Easy to find Driver on way to airport was fab! Disco lights and music 🥰 my kids loved it! Took a while to come to collect but think that was down to waiting for people getting dropped off Will definitely use again”

“Drop off was fine, no problems at all. Pick up however was awful. We had to wait nearly an hour at 2am in the morning in the rain and cold with 2 small children as they only had 1 minibus available. Other people jumped in before we could in. Therefore had to wait til the driver took them back and come back for us. No communication on there being a problem of being short staffed otherwise we would have just got a taxi.”

“I'm not happy with £5 charge for entry airport. My reason is that car park is not cheep and when I did booking and pay it was no information on extra charge. You did have my email and phone numer and I should be informed”
